Closed Tenders

The Closed Tenders page displays a list of all tenders which have closed for responses and have not yet been awarded. If a tender is on this page, it means that responses are being evaluated prior to award. It is possible that tenders may remain in this state for some time, due to the time required for the evaluation of responses, negotiation with suppliers and finalisation of contractual details.

Tenders are grouped according to the category, and then sorted in date order, with tenders that close soonest at the top. To navigate to a specific category, click on the category link at the top, or scroll down using the vertical scroll bar. This list of tenders includes public tenders and selective tenders where your company has been nominated as a respondent. Selective tenders will only show up if your company is selected as a respondent and you are signed in.

This view shows a summarised view of tenders. In order to view all information about a tender, open the tender by clicking on the title or tender code.

This screen shows all closed tenders, grouped by category. In order to view tenders in other states, either use the additional quick links (eg: Open Tenders, Electronic Lodgement, etc) or use the Search option to provide a list of tenders according to a specific criteria.
